In terms of reaching new customers, the in-built marketing support of our digital platform including promo codes and push notifications helped Order24 to attract more orders from the customers and thereby boost returns.
With ShopX, Order24 could easily manage multiple merchants all on a single platform. Besides, the service provider could also approve vendor registration, set unique commission rates for each restaurant and monitor order statuses from the admin backend panel while generating e-receipts on order fulfilment and allowing customers to pay for their orders using multiple payment methods.
