Simmons takes its store online with ShopX and strengthens its brand reputation

Simmons Bedding is a mattress retail company located in Morocco. With its business running across five continents, the renowned showroom thrives on providing its customers the best experience. To take its business one step further, Simmons was looking to launch its own store.

Reinventing mattress shopping

One of the cornerstones of Simmons has always been unparalleled customer experience. Using ShopX, Simmons achieved in building an online store that provided an easy platform for its customers to explore the wide collection and make purchases in no time.

Based on the customers’ location, Simmons showcased its collection of beddings and mattresses. Their customers found it relatively easy to search, filter and buy products that suit their needs. Faster dispatch, better tracking

To help Simmons in delivering faster, we integrated the MoveX delivery management system. With automatic synchronization between the ShopX and MoveX platform, the orders received on the ecommerce platform were transferred to the delivery management system.

From here, Simmons easily dispatched its delivery partners, tracked the order status and kept its customers informed in real-time. This helped in earning customer trust and improving service standards.

Loyalty programs and other promotion activities

ShopX also helped in retaining its customers and building loyalty by leveraging marketing tools. Simmons used loyalty programs to encourage customers to make repeated purchases. Using the points system, Simmons saw more referrals and orders.
